The candle card

This is a card with a candle on it. Literally a real candle on it. Children can use this card for their birthday since it comes with a candle!

Materials needed

Printed Card stock paper
White card stock paper
Scissors
Glue
Birthday candle
Washi tape

Making the candle card:

Guide your child following the directions given below.
Fold the white card stock in half.
Fold the printed card stock and cut it into half and stick it on the white card stock.
Cut a strip of white card stock and make a ribbon tip cut at one end.
Now stick that strip on the Printed card stock and write “Celebrate”.
Cut the Washi tape in moderate length to hold the Candle.
Now stick the candle with the washi tape in the centre.
Your Time to celebrate Card is ready!
You can write Greetings on the card and give it to your loved ones.
This is a unique card and this will surely make them feel special.
The candle on the card can be used on the cake too!

DIY Printed Cards

DIY Printed card ideas will blow your mind! This is super fun and super easy! Children can make Their own stamps and Print desired patterns.

Materials needed:

Eraser
A Box Cutter Knife
Ink Pads/paint
White card stock paper
Mustard Yellow/ your favorite Colored card stock paper
Glue
Black marker

Making the DIY Printed Card:

Guide your child following the directions given below.
Let’s make the stamps first!
Do this under Parental Guidance only!
Cut the eraser in the shape of a Triangle. You can make triangles of different shapes.
Fold the white card stock paper in half and cut it.
Now fold the Mustard yellow or your desired colored card stock paper in half and paste the white card stock paper on it.
Time to print your design!
Take the triangle-shaped eraser and dip it in the Inkpad/paint and press it on the white paper. There you have made your own stamp.
Similarly use different colors and make patterns on the white sheet.
You can make borders or make clusters or abstract art from the little triangles.
Now you can write something with a black marker like “Hello”.
And write something about the person to whom you wish to give this handmade DIY printed card.

Ice-Scream Card

Who doesn’t like Ice-Creams now!! A card with an Ice-cream is to Scream!! Make this funky card to celebrate some nice friendship for your children.

Materials needed:

Coffee sleeves
Nonpareils
White card stock paper
Mustard Yellow and Sky blue printed card stock paper
Tacky glue
Red marker
Black marker

Making the Ice-Scream Card:

Guide your child following the directions given below.
Let’s make the card first then we shall add the Ice-Cream to it!
Fold the Yellow card stock paper to make the base of the card.
Then fold the card stock paper in half.
Draw a border of 0.5cm and cut the sky blue printed card stock paper along the border.
Take the white card stock paper and cut it to the size of the sky blue printed card stock paper.
Draw a border of 0.5cm and cut the white card stock paper along the border.
Draw a thick border with the Red marker on the white card stock paper.
Now stick the sky blue printed card stock paper on the Yellow card stock paper card.
Now stick the white card stock paper on the sky blue printed card stock paper.
Now cut the coffee sleeves into a cone shape.
Stick it on the card.
Top the Coffee sleeve cone with Nonpareils by sticking it with the tacky glue.
Cut a Triangle with the other half of the white card stock paper.
Draw a border for it and write “celebrate” or anything you wish to write on it with the black marker.
You can write your special message for your loved ones inside the card.
Your Ice-Scream Card is ready.

Tissue Thank You Card

This is the most stylish easy making card. Let’s make this Thank You card to say a unique thank you to a special one who deserves it.

Materials needed:

Tissue Paper ( Baby pink and Pink)
Card stock paper in two different colors your child prefers
Glue stick
Circle punches in different sizes
Black marker

Making the Tissue Thank you card:

Guide your child following the directions given below.
Cut circles from the baby pink and pink tissues of different sizes using the Circles punches.
Fold the Yellow card stock paper to make the base of the card.
Then fold the card stock paper in half.
Draw a border of 0.5cm and cut the white card stock paper along the border.
Now stick the white card stock paper on the yellow card stock paper.
Write “Thank You” in 3 different styles on the card in three places.
Now stick the Tissue circles using the glue on the “Thank You”. You can actually see the Writing through the tissue since it is transparent.
You have your Tissue Thank You Card ready.
You can ask your child to write something about the person to whom you wanted to give this and make them feel special.
