- First, take your chalk and draw a hopscotch diagram onto your floor.
- The next step is to gather numbers for your hopscotch squares 1-7, however, you can add more squares if you have the space. The more the merrier.
- Now, assist your child to throw the light weighted pebble over the blocks randomly.
- Suppose you throw the pebble randomly and the pebble gets on the 5th block.
- What you need to do is hop (with one leg) on the number blocks starting from 1. Then 2,3 and so on.
- Once you reach the 4th block, pick the pebble and move back block wise- from 4 to 3, 2, and 1.
