It&#8217;s not rare for single parents to homeschool, work, and stay home. However, many of them don&#8217;t have the luxury of being able to do it all.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a family of four and are single, then surely a single parent can also homeschool on a single income. It allows you to save money on clothes and other expenses. It also allows you to enjoy the freedom to travel with fewer expenses. In some cases, it can cost you thousands of dollars per child. In other cases, it could run into hundreds of dollars. You might also need to upgrade your home internet connection to accommodate everyone online at the same time. You might also want to join a gym so the kids can get more active.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Get your budget:<\/strong> For as little as $200\/year, homeschooled. That\u2019s about $16 per month. You need to have a budget plan set for you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Find Sources of income:<\/strong> There are ways to get income. Like blogging or even doing some work from home. If you are not a blogger but are interested in learning more, check out these sites: Free Homeschool Deals, Only Passionate Curiosity, and Pinterest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Get tax returns:<\/strong> Not everyone gets a tax return. But, for those of us who are homeschoolers, it\u2019s time to stock up on the curriculum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Spot the free learning resources:<\/strong> Use real-life learning opportunities every day. Doing various activities that involve real-life learning is very beneficial for our bodies and minds. It is super savers too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Find open opportunities to learn:<\/strong> Take a look around for opportunities to visit. There are a variety of places that offer classes for homeschoolers, such as art galleries, zoos, and marine centers. With a wide range of museums and zoos, there are many places that cater to homeschoolers. These places also offer classes and discounted passes.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"some_stressbusters\"><\/span>Some stressbusters<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As a single parent, the responsibility for your kids&#8217; education is all on you. This means that even though you may be working full-time, you will still be taking on the responsibility of your education. When will you teach them? If so, will they be taught during the day or will they be taught in the evenings or on weekends? When will you teach and how will you teach? If so, will you rely on audio, video, and text to answer questions or provide help?<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"conclusion\"><\/span>Conclusion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are many advantages to being a single parent. For one, it allows you to be more involved in their lives, and it lets you set your own learning schedule. It\u2019s also cheaper, as you don\u2019t have to pay for public school. The question isn\u2019t whether you can do it, it\u2019s whether you really want to do it. Deciding on homeschooling shouldn\u2019t be a quick and easy decision.
