In the United States, Earth Day is observed on April 22nd, while the rest of the globe observes it on April 22nd or the day of the spring equinox.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s an earth day activity for everyone, whether it&#8217;s for fun or to learn more about the magnificent planet we live on.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, we&#8217;ve compiled a list of 9 super-fun Earth Day projects for kids. These earth day painting and craft ideas are a lot of fun and easy to do with the whole family. Simple crafts that look great but don&#8217;t need a lot of time, supplies, or craftiness are our favorites.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_amazing_earth_day_crafts_for_kids\"><\/span>9 Amazing Earth Day Crafts For Kids<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_bottle_trees\"><\/span>1. Bottle Trees<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>If you enjoy wearing colored spectacles, now is the time to branch out!!! When you combine this idea with your garden, you&#8217;ll have something that will be a show-stopper throughout the year. Empty wine, beer, and liquor bottles are used to make Bottle Trees. The stand can also be fashioned out of scrap metal, an old Christmas tree, or a ready-made stake.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_recycled_garden_totem\"><\/span>2. Recycled Garden Totem<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Make something beautiful and useful, like this Recycled Garden Totem. Old dishes, cups, and vases are used in this recycled art. Could you also provide a list of additional crockery items? For a sweet-smelling treat for yourself or as a gift, simply use teacups you already own or buy yourself a few at your local thrift shop.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_wine_cork_stamps\"><\/span>4. Wine Cork Stamps<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>These wine cork stamps are as much fun to make as they are to use. They are by far one of the quickest DIY projects we&#8217;ve seen, and they&#8217;re also suitable for kids. After you&#8217;ve finished, you may keep the craftsmanship going by making cards with your newly carved stamps!<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_mason_jar_herb_garden\"><\/span>5. Mason Jar Herb Garden<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This DIY herb garden is perfect for spaghetti sauce fans and puts old jars to good use. You may construct your vertical garden as little or as large as you like by following these simple steps (provided with us by eco-model Summer Rayne Oakes).<\/p>\n<p>As a brief guide, take a plant (with its roots, of course) and place it in the glass bottle. Keeping the plant in a glass bottle allows you to easily examine the changes that are taking place.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_nature_wreaths\"><\/span>6. Nature wreaths<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Take your children on a nature walk to collect unusual leaves, flowers, berries, and other natural items. Braid strips of old t-shirts together to form a circle for the wreath shapes. Then, using a clear fishing line or hot glue, secure natural materials in the crevices. To hang your wreath, tie a ribbon around the top.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_earth_moss_balls\"><\/span>7. Earth Moss Balls<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>On Earth Day, honor your gorgeous planet with these fluffy moss balls. This craft will appeal to children who enjoy getting their hands dirty. Simply crush pre-soaked sphagnum moss into a tight ball, cover it securely in blue yarn or strips of abandoned t-shirts, layer additional moss and yarn, and so on until you have an Earth-shaped sphere. Finish with a yarn loop and hang in a bright window. Simply spritz your moss ball with water every couple of days to keep it healthy.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_get_organized_with_old_cans\"><\/span>8. Get organized with old cans<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Tin cans are cheap and easy to get by, and they can help you organize your supplies. Allow your children to participate by assisting in the decoration of the cans. Fashion fairy houses<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Paint, scissors, glue, and real or fake vegetation transform ordinary plastic bottles into dwellings for fairies.
